I’ve been a mentor, speaker and article writer for networks like the Young Creative Council and the Creative Mentor Network. 

I’ve started placement schemes in multiple agencies, as well as spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives like being a founding member of WPP’s Unite network and IPG Plus to support queer employees and representation in advertising.

And in my after, after hours time I design and cross-stitch silly things for myself and friends, I am a determined but unskilled gardener and DIYer, and I watch women’s sport (mainly cricket and football).
